David Archuleta

Alright! Is been awhile.. I never would have thought to do so many things in these few days. Busy... busy... busy..!!
Okok so a quick post, last week I got 2 tickets invite from Digi to go David Archuleta concert at Sunway Lagoon Amphitheatre. He was a superstar from Amerian Idol showcase and now finally stepping his foot on a stage in Malaysia!
It was amazing to have so many fans in Malaysia, he can't even get out from KLIA(Kuala Lumpur International Airport) because of his fans gathered and stuffed at the airport to the fullest. Girls are screaming and shouting upon his arrival, but something get me creepy is that there's a guy voice mixed up with the girls'!!

Chef of the day

Few weeks ago, me and my friend decided to gather at my house to cook some delicious meal. That would be Chicken Chop with Spaghetti Carbonara. LoL!!
Of course for cooking, we need ingredients. So we went to wet market in the morning, all we need is chicken breast, potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlics, cream and Mirepoix.
After we get all the ingredients, is time for preparation. Start by chopping garlics and Mirepoix into small tiny cubes, cut potatoes and carrots, then marinate chickens and cook the spaghetti.
This process took about 1 and 1/2 hour to complete and finally start to cook when we are hungry. The special is the sauce, is not thick thus is like watery and added a few secret ingredients. LoL!!
As the result, I'm quite statiesfied with the food, taste delicious but still can be improved. Well we didn't focus much on decoration, cuz I'm lazy.. =.= Anyone want to try it? xD
